Otázka:Proč je doporučována 4letá verze?
Odpověď4letý plán nabízí delší ochranu, lepší poměr ceny a výkonu (pouze o 40 € více) a na jedno zařízení lze zakoupit pouze jeden ochranný plán. Po zakoupení 3letého plánu již není možné přejít na 4letý plán. Doporučujeme proto zvolit rovnou 4letou variantu.
Otázka:Lze využít bezplatný servis doma během prvních 2 let?
OdpověďNe. Bezplatný servis na místě lze využít pouze během 25.–36. měsíce (3letá verze) nebo 25.–48. měsíce (4letá verze). První 2 roky spadají pod původní záruku výrobce.
Otázka:Kryje plán i náhodné poškození (např. prasklý displej)?
OdpověďNe. Tento plán vychází ze standardních podmínek záruky výrobce a nevztahuje se na škody způsobené nehodou, nesprávným používáním nebo komerčním využitím zařízení.

How much space does the Gym Monster 2 take up?
When assembled, it is approximately 185 cm high, 70 cm wide, and 40 cm deep.
How does delivery and installation work?
Shipping throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia is free, with delivery within two business days. You can also opt for convenient delivery. Depending on the service you choose, we’ll deliver and unpack the machine and show you how to operate it.
What's included in the package?
The package includes extension straps, handles, an adjustable bar, ankle straps, a triceps rope, and a Bluetooth ring with a clip.
How does comfort delivery work?
You choose a specific date and time. Our technician will deliver the machine, help move it directly to the designated location, unpack it, assemble it, install it, and demonstrate how it works. Finally, they will also take away all the packaging materials. This service is subject to a fee; you can find the price list when selecting your delivery option.
Is a membership or subscription required?
Gym Monster 2 can also be used without activating the advanced Wellness+ features. Optional membership unlocks additional smart features and personalized guidance.
Can two users train on the machine?
Yes. Gym Monster 2 supports partner training with separate profiles, so everyone keeps their own workout data and results overview.
