1. Right of withdrawal from the contract
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.2 You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the date of concluding the contract, and in the case of a purchase contract, when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes over the goods.

1.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform TIVIS s.r.o., with its registered office at Jana Schwarze 5, 66491 Ivančice, identification number: 26929406, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

1.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

2.2 You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the case of oversized or excessively heavy goods, i.e. goods that cannot be returned by ordinary postal service due to their nature, the cost of return ranges from CZK 800 - 2,500, depending on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.

2.3 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Becoming acquainted with the nature of the goods means inspecting the goods after unpacking them, and possibly trying them out in a similar way as in a brick-and-mortar store.

2.4 If you have requested that the provision of services begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Method of returning goods

You can also exercise your right to return goods in writing by withdrawing from the contract and sending the goods to the address:

Please pack the returned goods carefully to prevent damage during transport.
Please return the goods to their original condition if possible; this will prevent a possible reduction in the refunded amount due to costs incurred to restore the goods to their original condition.
We will send the money for the goods to your bank account as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract. However, not before the returned goods are delivered back to our address (or until you prove that the returned goods have already been sent to us). The costs of returning the goods are in this case borne by the buyer.

Original product packaging is not necessary
Packaging is not an object of purchase or part of the purchased item. Nevertheless, TIVIS s.r.o. has the right to compensation for actual costs incurred in connection with the return of goods. These costs are always individually assessed and then charged to the customer and offset against the amount for the returned goods.
