1. Right to withdraw from the contract
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.2 You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the date of conclusion of the contract and, in the case of a purchase contract, when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take over the goods.

1.3 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform TIVIS sro, with its registered office at Jana Schwarze 5, 66491 Ivančice, identification number: 26929406, of your withdrawal from this contract by means of a unilateral legal act (for example, by letter sent via a postal service provider or by e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not your obligation.

1.4 In order to comply with the withdrawal period from this contract, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the relevant period.

2. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us). We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction to reimburse the payments, unless you have expressly stated otherwise. In no event will this entail any additional costs for you. We will reimburse the payment only after we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

2.2 You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. In the case of oversized or too heavy goods, i.e. goods that cannot be returned by regular mail due to their nature, the return costs range from 800 - 2,500 CZK, depending on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.

2.3 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than that which is necessary to become familiar with the nature and properties of the goods, including their functionality. Becoming familiar with the nature of the goods means examining the goods after unpacking them and possibly trying them out in a similar way as in a brick-and-mortar store.

2.4 If you have requested that the provision of services commence during the withdrawal period, you will pay us an amount proportional to the extent of the services provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared to the total extent of the services set out in the contract.

Method of returning goods
You can return the goods at our store in Ivančice.
You can also exercise your right to return goods in writing, by withdrawing from the contract and sending the goods to the following address:

Please pack the returned goods well to prevent damage during transport.
Please return the goods to their original condition if possible, this will prevent the possible reduction of the refunded amount by the costs incurred in returning the goods to their original condition.
We will send the money for the goods to your bank account as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract. However, not before the returned goods are delivered back to our address (or before you prove that the returned goods have already been sent to us). In this case, the costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
In both cases, attach the completed Withdrawal from Contract document, a sample of which can also be found below.
Original product packaging is not required
The packaging is not the subject of the purchase or part of the purchased item. Nevertheless, TIVIS sro has the right to reimbursement of the actual costs incurred in returning the goods. These costs are always assessed individually and as such are then charged to the customer and offset against the amount for the returned goods.
