Consumer warranty and complaints

Speediance guarantees the quality and flawless functioning of its products if they are used, operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions and have been properly purchased by the consumer from an authorized Speediance dealer.

If quality problems occur during the warranty period due to defects in materials or workmanship, the product will be repaired free of charge.

If the warranty period has expired or damage occurred during its duration but as a result of incorrect handling and operation, the following will be calculated:
estimated repair costs. The user decides whether to have the product repaired.


Duration of the consumer quality guarantee for individual Speediance products

All accessories for Speediance machines: rowing bench, flat bench, adjustable bench, Bluetooth ring, barbell hooks, barbell pad, adjustable barbell, rowing bar, ankle straps, triceps rope, handles, ski handles, smart handles, yoga mat, weight belt, extension belt, accessory stand, ball connector, resistance cable set - 12 month consumer warranty


Free repair must meet the following conditions:

Speediance products must be purchased from authorized retailers.

The claimed defect was not caused by use contrary to the instructions or
mechanical damage.

The Speediance product has not been subjected to unauthorized assembly, modification or installation that does not follow the official instructions in the manual.

You must prove your purchase of the product with a valid proof of purchase.


The scope of warranty service does not include the following:

Speediance's warranty terms do not apply to any hardware products or any software that is not Speediance branded (even if packaged or distributed with Speediance hardware).

Speediance is not liable for any damages
caused by failure to follow the instructions for using Speediance products or for any loss or corruption of data.

The warranty does not apply to the following situations:

Damage caused by non-manufacturing factors and use of the product contrary to the instructions.

Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or disassembly that does not comply with official instructions.

Damage caused by improper installation, use, disassembly.

Damage caused by unauthorized service providers.

Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modifications, incompatible or improperly used batteries and chargers.

Damage caused by exposing the product to extreme environments, such as high temperatures or corrosive environments.

Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference or other interference from wireless devices.

Damage caused by machine overload.

Damage caused by excessive wear of parts.

Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues with
unauthorized third-party parts.

Damage caused by operating the device with insufficient or defective batteries.

Data loss or damage resulting from failure to use the product in accordance with
official instructions or manuals.

Any software programs, whether provided with the product or subsequently
installed.

Direct or indirect damage caused by the installation or removal of the product, such as damage to other personal belongings, walls or floors.

Wear, metal rust and performance degradation during normal product use.

Damage caused by force majeure, such as fire, flood, earthquake or electrical accidents.

Excessive wear and tear caused by using the product for commercial purposes such as gyms, hotels, accommodation facilities, training studios, etc.

Any malfunctions or damage to third-party products, including those integrated into Speediance products at your request.

Damage caused by technical or other support not provided by Speediance, or by inaccurate setup and installation.

Products or parts with altered or removed identification labels.

Cosmetic damage not caused by manufacturing or shipping factors, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and discoloration of plastic.

Defects caused by intentional damage to the product or unauthorized modifications, including operating data.



How to make a claim

If the product does not work or
is not working properly, please contact us by email first. Describe clearly and concisely
problem, or attach photos or video. Attach the purchase receipt and send it to obchod@speediance.cz .

Speediance will attempt to identify and resolve your issue via telephone, email, online chat, or other remote assistance.

In some cases, the manufacturer may
recommend downloading and installing specific software updates. If these measures do not resolve the issue, you may be asked to send the product to Speediance for further evaluation.

If the warranty repair request is found to be justified, Speediance will pay the repair costs, or
exchange including transportation there and back.


You can personally hand in Speediance goods for a complaint at our store or

Along with the goods, it is necessary to provide proof of purchase (invoice) and a completed complaint form.

These complaints procedures come into effect on April 9, 2025. Changes to the complaints procedures are reserved (this does not affect purchase contracts already concluded).
