Frequently asked questions

The maximum load is now up to 100 kg, and yes, we use an electric motor with 2 motors.
We use a cable (high-strength polyethylene fiber).
We use motors to provide resistance (electromagnetic force).
Yes.
Gym Monster has 10 different locking mechanism heights, including 306 mm, 456 mm, 606 mm, 756 mm, 906 mm, 1056 mm, 1206 mm, 1356 mm, 1506 mm, 1656 mm.
Yes! You can perform overhead presses by moving the pulley assemblies to the pedal.
Yes! You can do both back squat and front squat.
Our patented Spotter Mode will automatically reduce resistance should you reach your limit or overload yourself during your workout. Remember to turn it on before your workout. And if you lose your grip on the handle/bar during a workout with the weight turned on, the machine will automatically turn off the weight.
The total weight range of our motor is 3.5-100 kg. Therefore, you can only work within this weight range in any mode. For example, in eccentric mode, the weight of the concentric phase cannot be less than 3.5 kg, and the weight of the eccentric phase must not exceed 50% of the concentric phase weight.
We use 304 stainless steel and bearings of sufficient strength, and durability tests show no damage to the folding mechanism.
The support arm is made of 304 stainless steel + wear-resistant paint, while the sliding part uses technical plastic with a low friction coefficient as a medium.
Total resistance is 100 kg. 50 kg per arm.
It also has negative resistance, as it also has weight when retracting, meaning you also have to apply force against it.
The motor is designed for 10,000 hours of use, and you use it 2 hours a day, so it will last for 13 years.
For the flat bench and incline bench, it is 200 kg. For the Monster pad, it is 250 kg.
