Frequently asked questions
The maximum load is now up to 100 kg and yes, we use an electric motor with 2 motors.
We use cable (high-strength polyethylene fiber).
We use motors to provide resistance (electromagnetic forces).
Yes.
The Gym Monster has 10 different locking mechanism heights, including 306mm, 456mm, 606mm, 756mm, 906mm, 1056mm, 1206mm, 1356mm, 1506mm, 1656mm.
Yes! You can perform overhead presses by moving the pulley assemblies to the pedal.
Yes! You can do both back squats and front squats.
Our patented Spotter Mode automatically reduces resistance if you might reach your limit or overexert yourself during your workout.
*Remember to turn it on before training. And if you lose your grip on the handle/bar during a workout with the weights on, the machine will automatically turn off the weights.
The total weight range of our motor is 3.5-100 Kg. Therefore, you can only work within this weight range in any mode. For example, in eccentric mode, the weight of the concentric phase cannot be less than 3.5 Kg, and the weight of the eccentric phase cannot exceed 50% of the weight of the concentric phase.
We use 304 stainless steel and bearings of sufficient strength, and durability tests show that there is no damage to the folding structure.
The support arm is made of 304 stainless steel + wear-resistant paint, while the sliding part uses engineering plastic with a small friction coefficient as the medium.
The total resistance is 100 kg. 50 kg per shoulder.
It also has negative resistance because it also has weight when it is pushed in, meaning you have to apply force against it as well.
The motor is designed to have a lifespan of 10,000 hours, and you use it 2 hours a day, so it will last 13 years.
As for the flat bench and incline bench, it is 200 kg
As for the Monster mat, it is 250 kg
Screen size 21', diagonal of the display area is 55 cm, 53.34 cm = 21 inches
Make sure you have properly secured the pedal lock before performing any repetitions. This is very important!
