How will the goods reach you?
1) Standard comfortable transport - our technician will deliver the gym on a working day at a pre-agreed time slot. The technician will unpack the gym, install it, demonstrate it, train you, and remove the packaging material. This transport is subject to a fee.
2) Comfortable weekend transport - our technician will deliver the gym on the weekend at a pre-agreed time. The technician will unpack the gym, install it, demonstrate it, train you, and remove the packaging material. This transport is subject to a fee.
3) By forwarding service – delivery by an external carrier anytime between 7:00 and 17:00 for the first lockable door connected to the road with a paved surface. The day and time of delivery is determined by the carrier. The carrier usually delivers the goods on the 1st or 2nd business day after receiving the goods from our warehouse. This delivery is free of charge.
4) Personal collection – collection at the brick-and-mortar store in Ivančice or the showroom in Šumperk. If you want to pick up in Šumperk, you must enter this information in the notes. After placing your order, you will be informed of the pick-up date. The goods can be tested on site and consulted with an expert.
