Consumer Warranty and Claims

Speediance guarantees the quality and flawless operation of its products, provided they are used, operated, and maintained in accordance with the instructions and were properly purchased by the consumer from an authorized Speediance retailer.

If quality problems caused by material defects or workmanship occur during the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge.

If the warranty period has expired, or if damage occurred during the warranty period but due to incorrect handling and operation, the estimated repair costs will be calculated. The user will then decide whether to have the product repaired.

All accessories for Speediance machines: rowing bench, flat bench, adjustable bench, Bluetooth ring, barbell hooks, barbell pad, adjustable dumbbell, rowing bar, ankle straps, triceps rope, handles, ski handles, smart handles, yoga mat, weightlifting belt, extension strap, accessory stand, ball connector, resistance cable set – 12-month consumer warranty


Free repair must meet the following conditions:

Speediance products must be purchased from authorized dealers.

The claimed defect was not caused by use contrary to the instructions or mechanical damage.

No unauthorized assembly, modification, or installation was performed on the Speediance product that did not follow the official instructions in the manual.

You prove the purchase of the product with a valid proof of purchase.


The scope of warranty service does not include the following:

Speediance warranty terms do not apply to any hardware products or any software not branded Speediance (even if packaged or bundled with Speediance hardware).

Speediance is not responsible for any damage caused by non-compliance with the usage instructions for Speediance products, or for any loss or damage to data.

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

Damage caused by non-manufacturing factors and use of the product contrary to the instructions.

Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or disassembly that does not comply with official instructions.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, disassembly.

Damage caused by unauthorized service providers.

Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modifications, incompatible or improperly used batteries and chargers.

Damage caused by exposure of the product to extreme environments, such as high temperatures or corrosive environments.

Damage during operation of the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference or other wireless device interference.

Damage caused by overloading the machine.

Damage caused by excessive wear and tear of parts.

Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues with unauthorized third-party parts.

Damage caused by operating the device with insufficient or defective batteries.

Data loss or damage due to not using the product in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

Any software programs, whether supplied with the product or subsequently installed.

Direct or indirect damage caused by product installation or removal, such as damage to other personal belongings, walls, or floors.

Wear and tear, metal rust, and performance degradation during normal use of the product.

Damage caused by force majeure, such as fire, flood, earthquake, or electrical accidents.

Excessive wear and tear caused by using the product for commercial purposes, such as gyms, hotels, accommodation facilities, training studios, etc.

Any malfunctions or damage to third-party products, including those integrated into Speediance products at your request.

Damage caused by technical or other support not provided by Speediance, or incorrect settings and installation.

Products or parts with altered or removed identification labels.

Cosmetic damage not caused by manufacturing or shipping factors, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and plastic discoloration.

Defects caused by intentional damage to the product or unauthorized modifications, including operational data.



How to file a claim

If the product is not working or is malfunctioning, first contact us by email. Clearly and distinctly describe the problem, and if possible, attach photos or videos. Attach the purchase receipt and send it to the email obchod@speediance.cz.
 

Speediance will attempt to identify and resolve your problem via phone, email, online chat, or other remote assistance.

In some cases, the manufacturer may recommend downloading and installing specific software updates. If these measures do not resolve the problem, you may be asked to send the product to Speediance for further evaluation.

If the warranty repair request is found to be justified, Speediance will cover the cost of repair or replacement, including shipping both ways.


You can personally deliver Speediance goods for a claim to our store or send them to the address:

Along with the goods, it is necessary to provide proof of purchase (invoice) and a completed claim form.
