The product was purchased through the official website Speediance.cz, Speediance.sk, or from authorized dealers. Your device is still within the original 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
The individual benefits of Speediance Care are activated at different times: The extended warranty and free in-home service begin after the original 2-year manufacturer's warranty expires and extend protection for another 12 or 24 months, depending on the chosen plan. Free resistance band replacement and VIP customer support are active immediately after purchasing Speediance Care and are valid for the entire duration of the extended protection. The 1-month free Wellness+ membership can be activated within 12 months of purchase and is then valid for 1 month from activation.
Yes. If your new address is within Speediance's supported regions in the EU, your Speediance Care protection remains valid. Simply contact customer support to report your new service address.
No. Speediance Care is based on the terms of the manufacturer's standard warranty and does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or commercial use of the equipment (e.g., damaged display).
The activation code for Wellness+ membership is valid for 12 months from the date of receiving the email. We recommend activating it as soon as possible.
